Gulf Pleasure is proud to serve clients across the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) and the broader Middle East, including Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Jordan, and beyond. Due to the unique cultural, legal, and religious landscape of the region, the following additional terms apply to all clients and users based in or purchasing from these areas:

Mandatory NDA Agreement
All Gulf and Middle Eastern clients must sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) prior to any design consultation, purchase, or build. This is to ensure strict confidentiality and protect the privacy of all parties, in accordance with cultural sensitivities.
Discretion and Privacy
Gulf Pleasure guarantees total discretion in all communication, packaging, shipping, and project execution. No branding, labels, or explicit content will appear on any shipments or documentation.
Digital Payments Only
To maintain client privacy and financial security, all payments must be made digitally, preferably in cryptocurrency, online transfers or other secure cashless methods. Cash payments are not accepted for this region.
Cultural Compliance
Clients must ensure that the use and installation of Gulf Pleasure products or services do not violate local laws or religious codes. Gulf Pleasure holds no liability for misuse or unlawful deployment of our offerings.
Client Verification
Gulf Pleasure reserves the right to request identity verification for all clients in the region, strictly for internal and private use, and protected under the signed NDA.
Customs and Import Rules
Clients are responsible for understanding and complying with the import rules and restrictions of their respective country. Gulf Pleasure cannot guarantee customs clearance in restricted jurisdictions.

U.S. Legal Compliance

You confirm that:

You are not located in a U.S.-sanctioned country.
You are not on any U.S. government prohibited list.

Severability and Waiver

Failure to enforce any right will not be considered a waiver of that right.

Translation Interpretation
